Ladd then went on to take down three opponents in a row at Ultimate Reno Combat. All of the fighters she beat were defeated within the first minutes. In the following fight, she was back at WCFC and defeated Leslie Rodriguez by unanimous decision. Invicta 16 saw Aspen move from Bantamweight to the fight against Amanda Cooper by armbar in the second round. Aspen took on McGill by wrestling her to the ground and eventually defeated her in the third round by TKO. Aspen later fought Jessica Hoy in Invicta FC 18 at the catchweight (138.1lb) in the event that Ladd failed to meet weight. But, Aspen was able to beat Hoy. She won by KO in the 2nd round.
